Digital Knowledge Technology Manager – FTC – London – Hybrid

 

A leading international law firm has a 12 month FTC job opportunity for a Digital Knowledge Technology Manager.  The Digital Knowledge Technology Manager is responsible for helping to deliver the firm’s strategy to harness cutting-edge technology:

 

You will have a good understanding of the advanced use and development of knowledge related technology as well as lead generation and content related technologies in B2B industries.You will help to define and develop the strategic direction for client knowledge channels, ensuring alignment with client and internal knowledge strategies and advising on technology best practice to inform best-in-class user experience across the firm’s platforms.You will be responsible for owning the technology roadmap for client knowledge solutions and lead the delivery of a programme of transformation and continuous improvement.Last but not least, working with Marketing and BD teams to ensure the firm’s client knowledge offering meets & exceeds the needs of their clients and internal stakeholders

You will have a strong team working approach and be confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.  You will seek to build and develop relationships to communicate and influence efficiently to spearhead change with stakeholders on an international level. 

As Digital Knowledge Technology Manager your job role will include:

 ·         Being able to translate complex technical knowledge into simple concepts and language

·         Experience of managing external suppliers/agencies

·         Possessing superb project management skills

·         Having experience of acting as an internal consultant or adviser

·         Being an effective people manager and an ability to help and develop team members

·         Superb communication skills; written and oral

·         Being responsive, proactive, and innovative

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels and across cultures

·         Having tenacity and commitment – focused on delivery and end results

·         Working under pressure

·         An ability to pick up new technologies quickly
