TFPL also have an extensive pool of project managers and contract teams with specific skills capable of tackling most knowledge, information or records projects. Typical projects delivered through our project I-team approach include:
All of our knowledge, information and records projects are undertaken in partnership with the organisation, and there a number of ways in which the partnership can work. In a classic I-team approach, a TFPL Consultant will work with you to specify and design the project, determining the critical paths, tasks and resource criteria. We then supply an experienced project manager and a multi-skilled knowledge and information project team who, working with the client project manager, will deliver the project as planned. The TFPL Consultant will remain in touch with the project to provide knowledge, information and records management consultancy and guidance as required.
Alternative models include the management of internal knowledge and information teams seconded to us and directed by a TFPL Consultant and/or project manager; and the retention of TFPL as trusted consultant providing expert advice at various stages of a project.
