Opportunity and risk in social computing environments

TFPL undertook a research project in 2008 in collaboration with Dr Hazel Hall from Napier University. The goal of the project was to establish the main opportunities and risks of social computing applications for collaborative work purposes within organisations, as perceived by information and knowledge management professionals.
