This questionnaire has been produced by TFPL Ltd for the Yorkshire Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (YMLAC.) It will be used to create an inventory of audiovisual collections in Yorkshire and Humberside and is intended as the first stage in the creation of a strategy by YMLAC for the long term preservation and development of such collections in the region.
