Refer a candidate

If you recommend a friend or colleague to TFPL who is not already registered with us and we go on to place them in a new permanent role, you will receive £200 when they have completed 3 months in their new position. Please email recruitment@tfpl.com with respective details.

Terms and conditions

  1. Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if tfpl has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time up to one year prior to the referral being made.
  2. Where the candidate is introduced by more than one person, we will operate a first come first served policy.
  3. Upon permanent placement of the candidate by TFPL, you (the referrer) will receive £200 once the candidate has completed 4 weeks in their new position.
  4. Payments will only be made on the initial placement only - extensions and further placements are excluded.
  5. In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable reference checks, TFPL's decision will be final.

Data protection notice

TFPL Ltd processes and stores personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. Any personal information supplied will be used primarily in answering inquiries, providing services or fulfilling any contractual obligations. Where necessary, consequent upon the way we organise our business, personal data may also be used for operational and administrative purposes. Personal data will not be released to non associated third parties unless there is a legal or regulatory reason to do so or unless the third party fulfils a service on our behalf. The Data Protection Act 1998 obliges us to lodge a notification with the Information Commissioner describing the purposes for which we process personal information. The details are available from the Commissioners' office or on the Commissioners web site. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you are entitled on payment of a fee to a copy of the information we hold about you.
