Product support & training recruitment

We regularly fill positions such as:

Product Management – individuals who have had strategic responsibility for the overall product cycle, from market research, design & implementation to launch and market feedback delivered through a number of different delivery mechanisms.

Customer Support and Training – experienced customer services consultants with skills such as; resolving complex search and data queries on telephone helpdesks, sales support and developing and delivering internal and external training courses.

Editorial – all levels from Editorial Assistant to Editorial Director with experience of electronic and hard copy, developing new products, commissioning and ensuring products are produced to standard and on time.
