TFPL accepts firm bookings through the TFPL website – in making such bookings clients accept our bookings and cancellation policy.
Provisional bookings may be made but they must be cancelled or confirmed at least 30 days before the course date or else they will be considered a firm booking and so will be subject to our standard booking and cancellation policy.
Confirmed bookings may be cancelled up to 21 days from the course start date without any penalty. Cancellation within 21 days of the course start date will mean that the full fee is payable for the course. This must be paid before the start date of the course booked. We will however, once payment has been received for the original booking, transfer your place to another course date that is running within 12 months of the original course date if you wish to do so.
Name substitutions can be made at any time before the course without penalty.
Only one discount can be used per booking.
You will be sent an invoice for the course fees, and payment is required before the start date of the course booked. If we have not received payment we reserve the right to cancel the place from the course.
TFPL does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
TFPL reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings have been received. Delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the course fee.
TFPL reserves the right to make changes to the programme. TFPL reserves the right to refuse any booking.
In addition to our general booking policy outlined above the following terms are applicable for the use of TFPL's e learning product. By signing up and purchasing modules/licenses you are agreeing to abide by these terms.
As a registered user of this e learning service, TFPL grants to you a personal, nonexclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to use and display the information offered by the service on any machine(s) of which you are the primary user. You acknowledge that you may not sub-license, transfer, sell, or assign this license or the e learning service. Any attempt to sub-license, transfer, sell, loan, or assign the license may result in its immediate termination.
The e learning service provides certain services and benefits for registered users and derives its revenue from the production and distribution of those services and benefits for the exclusive use of registered users. Users of the service acknowledge that the duplication and/or redistribution of content, information, data, or other intellectual property gained through exclusive access to the e learning service to any other party would be a violation of applicable copyright laws and therefore would cause harm to the e learning service. Users hereby agree that duplication and/or redistribution of any materials to any non-member shall require prior written authorisation from an authorized TFPL employee. It is further agreed, that any specific instance in which written authorisation is granted by TFPL, does not authorise the user to duplicate and/or redistribute any other material than that for which written authorisation was granted.
TFPL accepts firm registrations by post, email, phone and through the TFPL website - in making such registrations clients accept these registration terms and conditions.
You will be sent an invoice for the event fee, and payment is required in full prior to the date of the event. If we have not received payment, we reserve the right to cancel the place from the event.
Registrations may be cancelled free of charge before the 8 weeks before the event. Between 8 and 4 weeks before the event cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge. After this time registrations will be charged in full.
Registrations claiming the early booking discounts will be charged in full if payment is not received by the dates shown on the registration form.
For non-attendance at the conference there will be no refunds and the full fee will be payable.
Name substitutions can be made at any time before the event without penalty.
TFPL reserves the right to refuse any registrations for the event. TFPL also reserves the right to cancel your registration at any time up to and including the date of the conference.
In this case, delegates will be offered a full refund of the conference fee. TFPL also reserves the right to make changes to the event agenda.
