Terry is an experienced marketing professional who over the past twenty five years has undertaken consultancy and training activity in 18 countries on projects for over 50 organizations. Previously Terry was a librarian for 8 years working primarily in public library business information services.
His most recent consultancy and training activities have been with the construction industry, oil industry, legal profession, retailers and the library and information sector. His specialisms include strategic marketing planning, tactical marketing plans, competitive intelligence, advanced internet searching and strategic risk management. He has published in each of these areas either in practitioner or academic journals, and book chapters. In 2007 Facet published Terrys practical guide to "strategic marketing plans which really work".
