Records management is the discipline that enables organizations to keep evidence of the work that they do. The task has become both more important and more challenging in this electronic age, when colleagues have so many different places in which to store and share the documentation of their work. This one day course looks at the core principle of records management, and how they can be applied to assess and improve your organisation's record management systems, policies and practice.
