Keith Bonson joined Hudson Rivers from the BBC where he was Head of Library and Information Research and latterly, Head of Support Services for BBC Libraries and Archives. His experience prior to the BBC was mainly in the academic sector, working at senior level in Leeds, Iran, and East London, before becoming Deputy Librarian at Manchester Polytechnic. Phil Bradley is an information professional with many years experience in the field of electronic publishing. He has been an independent internet consultant for a decade, and his activities cover training, writing, website design and search engine optimisation. He has probably trained more people in the UK on effective use of the internet than anyone else, and regularly teaches on behalf of TFPL, CILIP, the School Library Association and others. Based in New York she undertook product and vendor reviews on behalf of the company and negotiated a wide range of contracts from single office deals to enterprise licences for client extranets. Alan Flett

Maud Hand is a multi-media producer, trainer and writer with over 17 years experience in production, project management and rich media content for national broadcasters.

Guy Johnson

Guy has over seven years’ experience of working with clients to achieve more efficient and effective performance through better records management, improved information services and sharper web design. James Lappin

James believes that records management principles are simple to understand and intriguing to apply, and brings this philosophy to his consultancy, training and facilitation.

James has helped several organisations build and implement fileplans for their electronic records. He has pioneered an approach to building fileplans that harnesses the knowledge and differing perspectives of people within the organisation. He has also provided training sessions for EDRM implementation teams in various large organisations to equip them with the knowledge and confidence they need to build their fileplan.

James is an accredited trainer for the European Commission, and regularly provides training for staff with document management responsibilities across the Commission.
