introduction:

Knowledge and information management professionals are often faced with the need to organise an intervention or event, for example, to address a business/department challenge, communicate a new method of working, brainstorm an idea, transfer knowledge, or build high a performance team.

This one day course will provide delegates with the opportunity to look at the principles of workshop design – the learning before, whilst and after doing - and the facilitation tools and techniques that can be used to ensure that such interventions and events are successfully delivered and have lasting impact.

who should attend?

This course is designed for anyone who may have line/management responsibility for groups and teams and wish to be able to design and facilitate workshops, learning and team events. The course is also appropriate for delegates who have some experience of designing and running such events and who wish to further improve existing skills and techniques.
