introduction:

Organisations are constantly changing in order to survive, compete or lead their field. If you're not in control of the change then it can feel overwhelming. This leads to stress, rejection of the change and poor performance. All of which have a cost on the business and the individuals concerned.
Of course the tougher question is "are you undertaking change or transformation?" and can you spot the difference. The resilience of an organisation is a measure of its adaptability and many change projects have good intentions but often flounder on the rocks.
This course is designed for those of you involved in leading or implementing change or transformation and seeking to look beyond a few basic change theories and models to some of the deeper philosophical and psychological elements which are always present in any change.

Before you attend we'll uncover your specific needs so we can weight the course appropriately.
