introduction:

Content and Information Management technologies can be a powerful enabler, but they don't necessarily make an organisation smarter! The most successful organisations are the ones which can learn from past successes and mistakes, and mobilise that learning quickly.

programme:

Drawing on his experience from BP, and his bestselling book Learning to Fly, TFPL Associate Chris provides a fascinating experiential day which introduces delegates to simple tools for learning before, during and after, and for capturing and structuring lessons learned into reusable knowledge assets.

The day includes a bridge-building group exercise where delegates experience how learning activities such as Peer Assists and After Action Reviews can give immediate performance improvements.
All delegates each receive a copy of Learning to Fly.

speaker:

Chris Collison , TFPL Associate
