The Recruitment team

Suzanne Wheatley
Manager
Suzanne manages the TFPL and Sue Hill Recruitment Knowledge and Information Management team and has worked in information recruitment since 2002. TFPL focuses on the private and commercial sectors, across a range of disciplines including library, information, archives, records and knowledge management, as they continue to grow the TFPL portfolio. An advocate of recognising and utilising your own skills, Suzanne is frequently invited to speak at conferences and events.

When not at work, Suzanne can be found sporting one or more of the following about her person: a tennis racquet, a camera, an oboe, gin.

Lee Seymour
Senior Consultant
Lee has worked in the recruitment industry since 1997, initially as Account Manager on IBM UK’s IT contract requirements, followed by three years recruiting within the Sydney marketplace. Since joining TFPL in 2003 he has developed expertise in the records management, knowledge management and research industries. He provides recruitment solutions to a wide range of consultancies, legal and professional services and other corporate clients and prides himself on developing really close ties with his candidate base.

Lee loves food and travelling abroad but spends most of his ‘spare’ time running around after his two young daughters or a golf ball, all with varying degrees of success.

Neil Currams
Consultant
Neil has been working in recruitment since 2000, with experience across a variety of sectors including Accountancy & Finance and Engineering, covering both the Kent and London markets. He is now recruiting within the following sectors: knowledge management; research and analysis; library and information management; business intelligence with a specialism in the Professional Services, Strategy Consulting and Financial Services industries.

Originally from Liverpool, Neil has been living in Kent since 1997. Neil likes to 'unwind' at the weekend by refereeing county level football, thus allowing him to debate the subtle nuances of the beautiful game with an appreciative audience. Sanity is restored by spending time with his two children and the family puppy.

Shelley King
Resourcer
Shelley joined the team in February 2012 after being ambushed by the legendary Sue Hill in a local book shop. She's been with us ever since - she started out keeping the back office processes running smoothly and supporting Gary and Andrew. In April 2016 she started resourcing for the KIM team.

Shelley is also a qualified dance teacher, but has so far refrained from teaching the team her moves of a lunchtime.
