I started recruiting in the commercial sector 20 years ago in 1999, when I had a chance meeting with a Director of a West London Boutique Consultancy. Over the years I have maintained longstanding relationships with clients and candidates and have established myself in the West London / Heathrow area.

I joined the TFPL team in September 2018 to develop their commercial division. Covering such areas as PA/Executive Assistants, Administration roles, Customer Services, Marketing, Sales, logistics and Supply Chain, across public and private sectors.

Over the years I have successfully helped numerous candidates by sharing my knowledge on CV writing and interview tips and by placing them in their ideal roles. I have had the opportunity to help guide candidates through their careers and see them excel in their field. I’m honoured to be part of their stories.  At the same time I have gained extensive knowledge about my clients and am able to work as an extension of their HR team.

One interesting fact:

1: In general I try to have a balanced out look on live. With my interest in eastern philosophy influencing my western view on the world. I feel it has given me an eye for noticing their impact on one another throughout our society.

Somewhere on a tropical beach with the cool sea breeze to bring that perfect temperature. Not miles from civilisation so I can go dancing but close enough to nature to get away from everything. Mombasa... Seychelles... Argentina...

Which three people, dead or alive, would you most like to spend an evening with?

Ghandhi, Bruce Lee and Jesus

Seeing people progress and succeed both in career and in life

What is your top tip for candidates and/or clients?

Candidates - be yourselves and remember the company wants to offer you a job, you just must show them why.

Clients - be open minded and look beyond the CV as this doesn't represent the whole of the candidate.
