Accounts Assistant

Isleworth Middlesex


35 hours a week 9AM TO 5PM Mon to Fri

A marketplace leader in cleaning technology for over 34 years and supply systems to many thousands of customers covering many sectors

What you’ll be doing

Daily input/processing of invoices on database (SAGE),

• Raising credit notes, maintaining daily records of EDI, extensive use of SAGE

• Desire to learn Sales Ledger Accounts

• Liaising with service, sales and spares departments to maintain correct customer account details,

• Creating new customer accounts. Closing end of month accounts for sales ledger, (printing reports, reconciling accounts.

• Liaising with our Factoring Company - HSBC on daily basis regarding invoice Credit Control, opening new accounts, applying for credit limits, processing remittances, collecting daily figures from Ledger Line (queries i.e. email and phone). Processing Credit Card payments. Liaising with Accounts Team. Filing accounts paperwork, invoices etc.

Ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure

• Desire to learn Sales Ledger Accounts

• Flexible, friendly and enjoy working within a team
