A Management and Leadership Development company based in the Midlands looking for an experienced, self-reliant, creative Content Manager for a highly-varied multi-disciplinary role.

What you'll be doing

As a Content Manager you will be working collaboratively with other parts of the organisation to effectively deliver the company's content strategy, optimising the consistency and use of content across channels and audiences, ensuring thought leadership and insights content is embedded within learning portals and delivering content that meets the needs of customers and learners.

Why you’ll be hired

To be successful in this role you will have an awareness of different types of content, including digital, multimedia, social media as well as academic books journals and publications. You will also have an understanding of curriculum, HE programme, qualification structures and learning journeys and can structure content to engage with different audiences.

You will have obtained a relevant degree and have proven experience of writing and content development. Additionally, experience of using a Library Management System, cataloguing and indexing and knowledge of leadership development products and services would be useful.
