A leading law firm has a 12-month Fixed Term contract job opportunity for an Information Services Graduate Trainee based within their central London offices.
What you’ll be doing
The Information Services team is responsible for the procurement of online and hard copy resources and supporting research, knowledge and current awareness activities. The Information Services Graduate Trainee will support the creation of intranet content and maintaining and updating various intranet pages. Helping to answer research requests on legal, commercial and market topics and working with the Information and Research team to help in their current awareness activities. You will be responsible for the intake and distribution of hard copy materials and other resources such as serials, new books and loose-leaf updates. Further job responsibilities will include maintaining library collections, updating the library management system and Catalogue records, book ordering and dealing with queries.
