What you'll be doing
As the Head of Research, you will be maximising the talent in your team by coaching a team of managers. In addition to leading the team, you will be getting involved in strategic conversations at board level and influencing the Industry by being the go-to-figure with expert knowledge in the FMCG/Grocery/Beverage sectors.
Your commercial awareness and through direct client contact. You will be experienced in leading and collaborating with a wide range of teams. You will be responsible for client service, project planning, resourcing, account management, business development, team development and disseminating sensory knowledge.
This role requires a unique combination of three key skills:
Commercially aware and good with data-you are brilliant with understanding data/trends and how clients can use insights at the highest strategic level.
Brilliant and Inspiring Leader - you are very comfortable leading a team of managers and inspiring them to make the best decisions for their teams. In addition to leading the team, you are also leading the industry by speaking at national/international conferences on behalf of the business
Agency/Client side- you understand what it is like on both sides; market research agency and client.
