A prominent law firm is currently offering a 12-months Knowledge and Information job opportunity for somebody determined to develop a career in the Knowledge and Information Management profession, to be based in their central London offices.  You will join a well-respected existing team who ensure the lawyers and staff receive excellent legal and business information services to support their client work.
 
What you’ll be doing
 
This Information Assistant job predominantly involves assisting the Knowledge & Information Services with the client on-boarding process using a risk management tool for identification and due diligence. The position will also involve assisting other on-boarding checks such as providing KYC/AML documentation for corporate clients.  There will also be cataloguing, filing, book processing and keeping the main library and departmental libraries in order.

The candidate may be looking to study for a library and information qualification and to further develop a career in the library and information management or knowledge management industries.
 
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in addition to a confident and keen attitude with the enthusiasm and application to benefit from this opportunity.  You should be IT literate and able to work in a very professional, corporate environment.  You should possess a genuine interest in knowledge and information work.
