Information Assistant – 12month FTC - London 

 
A leading law firm is currently offering a 12 month Library and Information fixed term contract job opportunity for someone intent on developing a career in the Library and Information Management profession, to be based in their central London offices (eventually).  You will join a highly regarded existing team who ensure the lawyers receive excellent legal and business information services to support their client work.
 
What you’ll be doing
 
This Information Assistant job involves supporting the Library and Information team across the full range of their services.  These include: delivering research, responding to requests for legal and business information, selecting and delivering current awareness services, managing library collections and online services and assisting with the development and maintenance of the intranet and knowledge management/know how system.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in addition to a positive and keen attitude with the enthusiasm and application to benefit from this opportunity.
