What you'll be doing

The main purpose of this job role is to manage the global subscriptions that the Information & Knowledge team purchase that are vital for the analysis business. You will be responsible for ensuring that these resources are copyright compliant and support the Knowledge Management initiatives.

Main job responsibilities in terms of managing these subscriptions include:

Managing subscription renewals, including specialist journals, directories and reports, and also mainstream information providers such as Factiva and Bloomberg
Managing the administration associated with subscriptions
Negotiating new subscription contracts
Preparing budgets and management reports for senior management
In addition you will be responsible for maintaining awareness of copyright compliance across the firm, and obtaining copyright permissions from publishers.

You will also gain exposure to Knowledge Management, supporting the management of the organisation's social collaboration tool, and supporting Knowledge Management initiatives.
