A prestigious global strategy consultancy has a permanent, full time job opportunity for a Junior Research Analyst or Research Analyst with a focus on the Healthcare industry.
Key job responsibilities will include developing industry analyses, developing your specialist knowledge of the sector and monitoring industry developments to be able to help the consultants to apply this research and industry knowledge to clients and solutions.
You will be responsible for researching, analysing and synthesising information on health systems, healthcare organisations and markets using a variety of sources.
You will develop client-ready industry overviews, case studies, financial analyses and other knowledge products in support of consulting teams, and transform the findings of this research into fact packs, presentations and reports to develop the internal knowledge base.
Applicants should have:
- an outstanding academic record (minimum 2:1 degree)
- relevant industry, research or analytics experience, ideally in the health sector
- a good understanding of the UK health system, notably current trends, key characteristics and organizational structure
- a strong interest in clinical research and health policy
You do not already need detailed industry knowledge but must be keen to develop this. Ideally your academics will be healthcare focused, although not essential - alternatively your industry experience will be healthcare related.
We are not looking for people who are in a clinical role unless there is a clear research component to your profile.
You might be working for a consultancy organisation, a Primary Care Trust, healthcare organisation, or within the health service itself, in a role with evidence of a research component.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly respected management and strategy consultancy and to develop your healthcare industry knowledge and research career. This is a permanent position based in London.
