We are recruiting for an award-winning, full service law firm, named by the Financial Times as one of Europe's most innovative firms.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the central Knowledge and Information team, to be based in either Bristol, Manchester, London, Belfast or Glasgow with some WFH.
As Knowledge & Information Officer your job role will include:
Providing a current awareness service, including developing and distributing client facing news bulletins, internal legal bulletins as well as tracking cases, legislation and companies etc as required.
Undertaking legal and business research to provide support with client matters and business development activities.
Harvesting know how within specific practice groups, profiling it and promoting use of the know how system.
Developing and maintaining knowledge and information resources, including intranet work, precedents and knowhow.
As the ideal candidate you will possess a degree in Library and Information Studies or a similar Information Science or Knowledge Management qualification.
Ideally you will have some experience working in a professional services or corporate office environment but we will also consider Library & Information graduates who have the desire and aspiration to move in to the legal information field and progress.
This is a permanent job that can be based in either Bristol, Manchester, London, Belfast or Glasgow with some WFH.
