A global professional services firm has a new permanent job opportunity for a Knowledge Manager to join their team, providing Knowledge Management advocacy to all practice areas across the UK.


This is a permanent, London based position with significant agile working available.


You will engage with senior stakeholders, leaders and practitioners in order to develop local knowledge initiatives and drive a Knowledge culture and knowledge sharing.

You will be able to build relationships across the business, navigate complex organisation structures and educate and inspire stakeholders to utilise, advocate for and contribute to knowledge sharing projects and processes, and the knowledge repository.

The Knowledge Manager will work with colleagues to build the knowledge sharing culture, awareness initiatives and develop case studies, content and testimonials.


Ideally you will have a Knowledge Management background gained within a complex organisation of a reasonable size, with significant experience of stakeholder management.

Your communication skills and experience of successfully building relationships with people across the business will allow you to influence, advocate and promote Knowledge Services.

Your technical skills may have been gained from your experience with a knowledge repository, intranets or portals, and other tools such as Sharepoint.  This is not a systems focused role, however.

Project Management and Change Management skills highly regarded.
