A leading law firm has a temporary (6 months) job opportunity for a Knowledge Operations Assistant to join an existing team in their London offices.
The successful candidate will build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to be able to help advise and engage with users of all levels. You will work to ensure that the organisation’s knowledge systems are being used effectively and to their full potential.
You will be familiar with iManage, intranets and skilled in MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Your role will also include acting as a strategic point of contact for queries relating to Knowledge and Information systems. This will involve raising service tickets for queries and following up in a timely manner for resolution.
Providing administrative support for the Project Team on delivery of new systems, system administrative support to Product Owners and daily monitoring of systems will be part of the role too. Having some experience of taxonomies, search and IT workflow systems would be advantageous.
Working pro-actively with the global knowledge community, you will help provide operational support for core knowledge and know how products, including supporting users and liaising with IT
