About the company

Knowledge and Content Management professional is required to join a global team within this leading consultancy, based in Munich.

What you'll be doing

Dedicated to the Telecoms, Media and Technology practice, your key responsibility will be to manage the knowledge assets of the practice. This could involve you in collecting content related to client assignments, capturing re-usable practice generated collateral as well as an element of research within the TMT space to highlight industry trends and initiatives which in turn will allow the practice to develop and understand its content needs. A robust system of knowledge management at practice level will ensure valuable content is retained and fully retrievable to support the team's output and deliverables.

Why you’ll be hired

This is an ideal job opportunity for a research or content management specialist who has worked in a corporate environment and who can demonstrate an interest in providing an efficient KM service. Core skills in client service, content management, data analysis and team interaction are all additional components of this role.

There will be in addition the opportunity to use project management skills in order to keep track of projects and ensure the accuracy of content.

Why you should apply

To apply for this job, it is desirable that applicants can demonstrate professional experience of working in a knowledge management or practice support role and have developed robust communication skills and an inquisitive personality. Applicants to this job should be of graduate calibre and have strong commercial awareness and an interest in business strategy. An existing knowledge of the TMT sector is desirable, although not essential.

As this job is based in Germany, it is essential that candidates can communicate to a conversational level in German.
