About the company

Knowledge Management, Research and Client Service are the key components of this newly created job within the global team of a leading consultancy firm. The job will ideally be based in Brussels although we are happy to consider applicants based in other European cities.

What you'll be doing

Your primary function will be to grow the knowledge assets of the practice, for example, capturing client assignment collateral, conducting industry research to highlight trends and issues and understanding and developing the practice's content needs. Through efficient knowledge harnessing processes you will ensure this valuable content is retained and fully retrievable to support the team's output and deliverables.

In addition, you will use your co-ordination and client service skills to track projects and ensure data accuracy. You will also draw on your specialist research skills and data analysis to support practice operations, fee earning and business development activity.

Why you’ll be hired

To apply for this job, you will need to demonstrate professional experience of working in a research, analysis, KM or content management role and have robust communication skills and an inquisitive personality. You will also have the presence to interact proactively with the internal client teams.

Applicants to this job should be of graduate calibre and have strong commercial awareness and an interest in business strategy. This position will be based within a practice dedicated to Information Technology so an interest in this sector will also be beneficial
