A leading law firm has a current job opportunity for a Knowledge Systems Assistant, based within their central London offices.
This position involves liaison with systems users within the firm across all offices. You will provide support and administer the firm's knowledge management systems. This will include the creation, maintenance and administration of secure client sites on their extranet/portal and online data rooms. You will provide day to day support of sites, create user profiles, in addition to general administration duties and whatever the team needs
Key job requirements include:

The job holder will be given full training in the use of the firm's client extranet and know how systems.
Experience in a commercial, professional services or law firm environment would be well regarded, as would any intranet or portal or systems administration experience.
