Legal Information Officer - 3 month FTC - Nationwide UK Offices

A leading law firm has a new 3 month contract job opportunity for a Legal Researcher or Legal Information Officer that can be based at one of various offices around the UK including Manchester, Leeds, London, Birmingham, Belfast, Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Key job purpose

This role will focus on the delivery of legal research, with a secondary smaller focus on delivering training, business, and some project work.

You will provide high quality legal research and respond to information enquiries using the relevant legal information databases, to the firm.

Key job requirements and person specifications include:

Legal Research experience gained in a professional services or financial services / consulting / investment environment

Excellent knowledge of online research tools like Westlaw and Lexis etc.

Experience of designing and delivering training on online information products and research services

You must already have experience of providing legal information secondary research in an Information services team.

This is a 3 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.
