We’re on the hunt for a Mid-Level – Senior Lynx Systems Administrator / Application Engineer who will be responsible for Providing IT support to the local office.

This involves the provision and management of existing legacy IT hardware and the delivery of IT support to global and regionally agreed service levels.

This work will include the recording, diagnosing, monitoring and resolving of request and problems using a call management system to provide a high-level audit trail for each task.

Our client is a Global Software Development Organisation who are based in 9 Countries around the Globe, my prestigious client provides high end tailored software applications for global organisations & financial Institutions.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have excellent lynx scripting proficiencies, strong knowledge of SQl & Databases, Excellent communication skills with experience internal testing & audits, an impressive track record of Managing SLA’s as well as 2nd line & 3rd line Support knowledge.

You must have a strong understanding of managing major incidents & keep client & Staff happy.

You must be a team player in a Global Team who might be open to relocation anywhere in the World.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Good knowledge of the English language, verbal and writing (European Languages is Desirable
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Strong Knowledge of Computer Programming Languages
  • Python Bash / Regex / TCK Mathematical skills
  • Experience with Splunk / Big IP F5 LTM
  • Great SLA & Service Management
  • ITIL Certification + Addition 

Salary & Benefits

−         Salary £37k-£47k – (Depending on Experience)
