A leading law firm has a new job opportunity for a Part-Time Research Assistant, to work 21 hours per week within their London library. This position is available on a permanent basis.
You will support the research and information service.
Key job responsibilities will include processing the library mail (serials check-in and routing) into the library catalogue, ordering, processing and returning library materials, shelving books and supplying article requests.
You will support the administration of the research databases such as user names and password, conduct basic research and assist with intranet pages, and help keep the renewals database up to date. There may be other project work.

You should have strong communication skills and strong IT skills
Ideally you will have experience with EOS catalogue system and possess some legal and business research skills. Any basic knowledge of legal and business research databases such as Lexis Library, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, BvD and Perfect Information is desirable.
