A leading professional services organisation has a current job opportunity for a Records and Archives Supervisor.  This is a permanent position, based in central London. 

Key job responsibilities will revolve around the management of the Records Management service to the firm.  This position will have direct management of 2 people as well as the management of the service delivered to the firm. 

The team manage the current and archive files and records for the firm and you will ensure the quality of service provided and the smooth running of the team's operations, the efficient provision of records and files as requested including the offsite storage relationship. 

To apply for this job you must already possess Records Management experience, gained within a professional services/legal/corporate organisation. 

Your client relationship management skills will include the ability to work proactively with stakeholders, deal with any problems and issues effectively and you will be able to provide best practice advice. 

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage a small team. 

You should have a flexible approach and a positive attitude. 

You should be keen, motivated, confident and must possess strong communication skills. 

This position is offered on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week to cover the operational hours of 8-5, in a highly professional, corporate office environment.
