Company: Our Client is the world’s oldest and largest manufacturer and distributor of parts and accessories for the classic and modern cars. In addition Products are sold through 16 catalogues, our e-commerce website, and 5 retail outlets. Customers are located throughout the world but mainly within the EU.
The successful candidate will join a team of nine employees within a busy sales office / call center providing friendly, helpful professional service to customers worldwide
Respond to inbound enquiries by phone, fax, email, or web. Serve customers at the counter – by assisting them select and order product
- Assisting customers with purchases from our full range of vehicle spares
- Enter telephone orders
- Enter internet orders
- Assist customers at the counter.
- Process catalogue requests.
- Update customer information.To provide information about the company and its products
- Provide customers with price and availability information.
Hours of work: 8.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday
