A leading professional services organisation has a new job opportunity for an Information Resources Manager, based in London.
The post-holder will manage the information and research subscription databases, manage the information vendors and negotiate contracts, ensure the organisation has access to the information and data required and that resources are being deployed effectively and efficiently.
Applicants should have significant experience in a similar Information Management role, gained within a professional services organisation.
Key job requirements will include knowledge of a range of business research sources and experience of:
- contract negotiation
- vendor relationship management
- budget management
- analysing usage statistics, cost recovery etc.
- promoting information resources and research services across the organisation
It is essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a demanding corporate environment.
