Knowledge Management Co-ordinator - London

We are working with a leading global executive search firm who have a great new job opportunity, for a Knowledge Management Co-Ordinator.

The Knowledge Management Co-Ordinator will work closely with the Head of Strategic Operations to develop the knowledge management strategy and execute on the strategic goals of the business across a range of operational activities. This will include the maintenance, management, capturing, sharing and accessibility of data and knowledge assets. You will be required to work alongside stakeholders, internal and external, to promote and optimise the usage of Eliot’s intelligence leveraging information, creating, and sharing best practice and building information resources. Additionally, you will work across marketing, operations, IT, and work alongside the execution teams across our offices relating to the maintenance and development of their business processes.

 

You will collaborate and communicate across the team globally co-ordinate and streamline their knowledge management practices which will arm their global team with the information they require internally and externally to deliver the best experience and products.As a Knowledge Management Co-Ordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement knowledge management strategies and processes as well facilitating knowledge for sharing and collaboration amongst employees. You will also get the chance to develop and maintain centralised systems ensuring that knowledge is accessible for everyone, and ensure we are harnessing our systems and data to support the delivery of their products.

 

These skills will aid in promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing that is enabled through guidance and learning. As a Knowledge Management Co-Ordinator, you will be well-equipped with the knowledge base features, functionality and be able to communicate this to teams effectively. Operating in a fast-paced and knowledge-driven environment, you will have to be able to identify concepts and ideas and come up with solutions quickly.

 
Key tasks will include:

  • Co-ordinating and taking a central role in developing the company’s knowledge and information management strategy from the identification, implementation, communication and sharing of developments across systems, data entry, data storage, data consolidation and data use· Implement the process of capturing, developing, sharing, and effectively using organisational knowledge, including how it is uploaded and extracted with our systems to consolidate the global team’s expertise for use internally and externally

  • Maintain and update their CRM/ATS and related activities. Take responsibility for the data integrity and quality of the database and its accuracy, including, categorisation, structuring, streamlining, cross-referencing, of data, data mapping and dashboard creation, as well as report creation

  • Ensure market knowledge, industry trends and insights are disseminated, consolidated, and shared in an intelligent way; including competitor analysis where necessary i.e., people moves and account management of company records

  • Assist in the maintenance of marketing collateral across presentations and the company website, analyse data and produce relevant reports and conduct ad hoc requests for pitch / presentation research and support relating to our intel and experience in certain sectors

  • Support the learning and development of the team and communicate updates/ conduct regular audits and maintain an awareness of user adoption/system use. Ensure consultants/researchers are inputting and recording data correctly

  • Support and take responsibility for training new joiners, ad hoc training, and the constant learning around use of our systems, developments, and internal policies

  • Support the maintenance of data management compliance and legal policies and identify any risks where necessary

  • Contribute to the design of client universes and playbooks by providing and managing information on various companies from an account management perspective

  • Support wider marketing efforts in the identification and data entry around using knowledge for the development of content marketing via tailored research, collating trends and market intelligence, and surveys  

Skills and experience

  • Experienced in knowledge management and aware of trends in the knowledge management market

  • Have the ability to gather, analyse and report on data; develop insights, and follow through on actions to improve the quality and efficiency of KM service offerings

  • Possess the experience of streamlining processes to support knowledge sharing

  • Ideally to have experience in a salesforce ecosystem

  • Experienced in MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Salesforce and other MS365 apps, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    On offer is the opportunity to work in a fast-paced department and ideally have experience in working in an executive search environment with knowledge of insurance.


You should have demonstrable technical systems aptitude, able to hit the ground running, an interest in what is happening in the market and effective communication and great client service skills.The role is paying £35,000 - £45,000 gpa depending on experience.
