LegalTech Solutions Senior Executive – Law – London (hybrid)

A leading law firm has a new permanent job opportunity for a LegalTech Solutions Senior Executive to join their Legal Technology Solutions team, which is responsible for the promotion, support and further development of legal technology tools globally.

This includes the firm's client collaboration and project management platforms, workflow, document automation and AI contract review tools and the intranet. The LegalTech Solutions team also helps to support the firm’s internal knowhow system and knowledge sharing initiatives. This position involves liaison with people at all levels of the firm and regular contact with clients.

Key Job Responsibilities include: 
 

-        Work to drive forward the development and adoption of the firm’s core legaltech solutions such as HighQ and LPM platforms, Luminance, Bryter

-        Requirements gathering for new client portals, project sites and bespoke solutions

-        Advise which of the firm’s tech products meets the requirements and build products

-        Present to clients on pitches showcasing legaltech tools, and give demos on products

-        Manage the testing and implementation of system upgrades;

-        manage the international network of legaltech administrators

The Senior Executive, Legal Tech Solutions will ideally have:

-        In-depth knowledge of and experience with using client portals, data rooms, AI contract review and automation tools, such as HighQ, Luminance, Bryter and Microsoft Power Apps

-        SharePoint Online or other content management system

-        Significant relevant experience of working in a commercial environment – ideally within a law firm

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or an appropriate qualification and possess skills including:
 

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Experience of dealing with people at all levels of the firm

Experience of working directly with clients

Be a self-starter and able to take ownership of existing process and procedures

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
